Problem with Uninstalling Games from Epic Games

When uninstalling Games from Epic, it just selects and deletes the Game folder it and then epic games launcher show as still installed tries to update or re-download it and i cant just stop the download and uninstall it from the launcher it doesn't let me

I can't test this since I don't use Epic Store. How are the games listed? Select a few of the games and export their info by using File>Export data... menu option, then send the result here.
