Hello, We would like to report a potential issue in SDK version 1.13. Because BT-778 is not present, the system currently treats BT-113 (Maximum Framework Participants) as always mandatory for buyers. This behaviour is not aligned with the legislation, since some framework agreements can be established without a limit on participants — in such cases BT-113 should not be required. Could you please clarify: Why BT-778 is not included in SDK 1.13? Whether it will be added in an upcoming update? How should buyers proceed in the meantime when publishing notices for frameworks without participant limits? Thank you in advance for your guidance. |

Hi,
As this is not an issue with the SDK, it has been converted to a discussion.
No field has ever been defined for the Business Term BT-778, whatever the SDK version. Such a field is useless as stated in the documentation (cf. table in https://docs.ted.europa.eu/eforms/latest/schema/all-in-one.html#pointlessDueToDesignSection ).
Defining a field associated to BT-778 would require the introduction of a new extension element while an existing element is already available in the Standard for the field associated to BT-113.
The rule that would apply between BT-778 and BT-113 is just:
