Expected behavior

I should be able to scrape wax/oxidation off of copper lanterns, copper bars, and copper chains with an axe.

Observed/Actual behavior

I am unable to scrape wax/oxidation off of the above blocks with an axe. I am able to scrape the other copper blocks introduced in 1.21.9 (copper chests, copper golems (and statues), and lightning rods). I am able to scrape many (if not all, I haven't done comprehensive testing) of the copper blocks present prior to 1.21.9.

Steps/models to reproduce

Attempt to scrape any copper lantern, bar, or chain that has wax or is oxidized.

Purpur version

This server is running Purpur version 1.21.10-2514-HEAD@b66c0af (1970-01-01T00:00:00Z) (Implementing API version 1.21.10-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

• I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open issue regarding this.
