[Bug]: Files cannot be deleted from File Storage & Sharing

The Problem

Deployment: Docker on Synology NAS
Accessed through reverse proxy (Cloudflare)

Feature
File Storage & Sharing (Alpha)

Steps to reproduce
Enable "Server File Storage".
Upload a PDF file.
Open the stored files page.
Delete the uploaded PDF.
Refresh the page.

Expected behavior
The PDF should be permanently removed from File Storage and should not appear after refresh.

Actual behavior
The PDF disappears briefly but reappears after refreshing the page. The file remains listed in File Storage.
