"Software"), to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, and distribute the Software,

1. Attribution

2. No Competing Templates / Starters
   You may not use, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make
   available the Software (or any Derivative Work) as part of a Template.

   For purposes of this license:
   - "Template" means any repository, package, project, or distribution whose
     primary purpose is to provide a reusable starter/template/boilerplate for
     deploying, hosting, or managing Minecraft servers (including but not
     limited to Railway templates, "one-click deploy" templates, marketplace
     templates, starter kits, or template generators).
   - "Derivative Work" means any work based on the Software that is modified,
     adapted, or combined with other software such that it contains a
     substantial portion of the Software.

   This restriction is intended to prevent other Minecraft template creators
   from using this dashboard/control UI to create or seed their own competing
   templates/starters. It does NOT restrict running the Software for your own
   Minecraft server(s) or integrating it into a non-template product.

3. Contributions
   Any contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Software (for
   example via pull request, patch, or issue attachment) is licensed by the
   contributor under the terms of this license, without any additional terms or
   conditions, unless the contributor explicitly states otherwise in writing at
   the time of submission.

4. Exceptions / Additional Permission (By Written Approval Only)
   If you want to use the Software as part of a Template (as defined above), you
   must contact the copyright holder and obtain explicit written permission
   (i.e., a separate license grant) before doing so.

   Permission is granted solely at the copyright holder's discretion, and there
   is no guarantee that permission will be provided.
