Need to include a sample localised template

Need to prove out the localization support for templates. This will require some development effort to update the Template.fromDirectory/to/fromArchive methods to support the localized template grammar files.

Can I have some more information on the task? What needs to be done? Creating functions for translating strings? Creating language file with all strings as variables? Maybe it's something I could be intrested of.
