Slight issue when launching the game file engine-sim-app

Basiclly after i open the file windows says its a virus is there a solution? (the version i used was 0111A)

There is a More Info button. It looks like a hyperlink and has a line underneath. Click that. Then a hidden run anyway button appears for you to run the program.
