topaz-backup creates backup of the topaz directory store.

NOTES:
- When using the
boltdbplugin, the topaz-backup commandMUSTbe executed on the same machine as were thetopazdprocess is running. As thetopazdprocess holds the exclusiveread-writeconnection to the boltdb database file, the backup process uses aread-onlyconnection, to copy the content to a new backup file, and flushed the file state to disk when finished.
