Create a dedicated Plugins page dedicated to user docs #1564

Description

@pavlenex

Currently, the user documentation lists many plugins in the sidebar, but there is no dedicated Plugins page that serves as a proper introduction for end users.

We do have a developer-focused page at https://docs.btcpayserver.org/Development/Plugins/, but regular BTCPay Server users are not clearly introduced to plugins from a user perspective.

The goal of this issue is to create a clear first introduction point for plugins in the user documentation, so users better understand what plugins are, how they become available, and how they can expand BTCPay Server functionality.

A dedicated user-facing Plugins.md page should help explain:

  • What plugins are and how they work in BTCPay Server.
  • How plugin availability works, including the fact that plugins may need to be enabled by the server admin before users can access them.
  • How users can discover plugins, including the public plugin list available at: https://plugin-builder.btcpayserver.org/public/plugins/
  • How plugins can be installed and uninstalled by server admins.
  • The risks of using third-party plugins, based on the warnings already shown in the BTCPay Server UI. Image
  • How users can leave a rating for a plugin to help other users evaluate it. And how it helps build network of trust.
  • Optional, but ideal: record a short walkthrough video introducing plugins and showing how they appear and work in practice.
