Registering Plugin / GeoIp

Hi, attempting to get something working at this point. Looking to add a geo ip lookup plugin to coraza on Envoy. I have attempted to use coraza-geoip and raised an issue on it last week but it doesn't look to be maintained anymore...
Switching out the image on the WasmPlugin to this one, results in everything being a 500 - Looking for any kind of sample to get going on this.
