Have tried as a "Manager" from the "Admin console" and still can't create nested collections. Should be the behaivour to the workaround? |

We are experiencing the same issue: a "manager" user cannot create nested collections within others because the list appears empty. However, an "owner" user can create new collections and modify existing ones without any problems. This happens in both the "Password Manager" section and the "Admin Console." We are running Server 1.32.1 and Web 2024.6.2c. Tested on both Firefox and Chrome. |

In older releases the manager could nest collections, I don't know if there has been a change of permissions to this role.
Also tested the new version 1.32.1 in development environment but keeps the same.
