Hi, So need some help as i just started having this issue with my s22+ phone. I am running the vault app on my synology nas. Image from It is on the latest version and i can log in just fine via website + chrome add on. My wife also can log on via her cell phone S22+ with no issue. I have the issue on my phone and i get this error when trying to load the vault items. " we were unable to process your request. Please try again or contact us" The server is on Checks The app on my phone is Version 2025.1.0 (19622). Its a Samsung S22+. Same phone as my wife and she does not have the issue. I have recreated the docker container with new image - same issue I can get to the website fine from my phone but the app just does not want to load the vault. It works fine on my windows PC and admin page loads all as good. When i click try again i see it hit the server via logs and get a ok response. I am stuck and not sure what else to try or do? HELP!!!! Thanks in advance. |

Hi, I have the same issue. Could it be that my instance of web-vault is v2024.6.2c? I need to try and update it but I am afraid I don't have the time rn. |

If a Developer has a working setup to get meaningful client side logs I can give them the url to my instance to debug it |

I had same issue after official client Android update, did update to latest VW on docker hub and issue was resolved - I was able to log back in and sync. |

OMG. Im so frustrated. What the heck is going on with this stupid phone appp.... So i installed vault warden on my secondary synology NAS that has an updated docker setup with the latest DSM 7.0. Repointed the reverse proxy to the new NAS and same dang issue. It does not want to load anything on the phone. I cant use this product if i cant access it on my phone. UGH why me and why my stupid phone. So i know its not the server side and on the dang phone but not sure what and where to start. Is there a way to complete purge everything related to bitwarden on my phone to start fresh ? beside wiping my whole phone. Thoughts anyone? |

Well I had the issue after updating the apk So I updated my docker with the latest img, still the same issue. Then i started looking at the logs (I'm using authentik to authenticate) and I could see something was coming in but was denied Then I added these exceptions vaultwarden.my.domain/application* And wupti, nows it's working.. |

Ok you can close this thread. I had to export all my value from orginal account, purge it and recreate it. Something in the database got corrupted and it just didnt work on the phone. Now with the recreation of the account and export / import of the pass all is working as it should. Thanks for the help and feedback from everyone. |
