This site can't be reached. vw.domain.tld refused to connect.

I can get to the admin page but for the life of me I can't get vaultwarden to work with NPM.

1. I'm running this container on Unraid with an NPM docker handling the cert.
2. On my pfsense router I have DNS overrides that point vw.domain.tld to NPM, and NPM is on the custom:br0 network so it gets its own IP on my LAN.
3. I have a wildcard cert for my domain in NPM that I created using DNS challenge so I don't have to open any ports.
4. Logs in vaultwarden and NPM don't show any indication a connection is being made or refused.
5. I've tried clearing cache, incognito mode, different browsers, rebooting.
6. I can nslookup and ping vw.domain.tdl no issues.

Here is some more infomation but let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help nudge me in the right direction. I would relly appreciate anyones help on this I've been banging my head for hours... Thank you.

NPM IP: 192.168.1.4
Proxy Host:
Source: vw.domain.tld
Destination: http://192.168.1.11:4743
SSL: domain.tld, *.domain.tld (I've also tried creating a cert for vw.domain.tld but get the same results).

I'm not sure exactly how I fixed it but I ended up starting over completely and rebooting and I can get to the login screen now.
