I am part of the Free Law Project team, a non-profit working on making the legal ecosystem more equitable and competitive. Part of our work is collecting opinions from all US states, so that they are easily searchable in an unified database.
We have recently noticed that your site has blocked our automated data collection systems, and we kindly request that you unblock them. If you are worried about the impact on your system from our automated data collection system; we identify ourselves using the "User-Agent" header with the ID "Juriscraper" and "Courtlistener". Our code to get the opinions is open source. We have an explicit policy of being as gentle as possible with the court's system when collecting data. If our activity is still problematic, we would be happy to talk further with your team to get access to the North Dakota Supreme Court opinions without causing any inconvenience
