connector.api doesnt work anymore

Describe the bug

we are a cloud-only user.
Some months twake worked fine, but now it seems that api doesnt work anymore.

This is the uRL we used fine some months:

Login /logout/ login
= fine: We see the twake dashboard, like this

Expected behavior

prior to this (so good working last months) at this we recieved the document we leaving the browser last days are working with.
