lokinet-bootstrap: command not found

bash: lokinet-bootstrap: command not found

• Device: PC
• Lokinet Version number or Git commit hash: commit 116dfa6 (HEAD -> makepkg

I need to re add the lokinet-bootstrap part as it was a shell script originally, then we made it a binary (because windows) but now we need to make it a shell script again.
