[SVE] TC-ACE-1.6 can be flaky over Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi has very unreliable multicast. It was found that some retries of SendGroupCommand were needed to succeed the test over Wi-Fi

This will require event sub flushing after receiving the right event.

Number of retries should be <= 3.

Based on this conversation, since Groupcast is currently provisional for 1.6, this issue is planned to be addressed in the 1.6.1 release.
