Code of Conduct

Mermaid Jam should be a practical, respectful place for people improving local-first FigJam diagram tooling.

Expected Behavior

  • Be direct without being hostile.
  • Keep feedback specific and actionable.
  • Assume maintainers and contributors are working in good faith.
  • Respect different design, engineering, and accessibility needs.
  • Keep issues focused on reproducible problems, examples, and concrete improvements.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, threats, or personal attacks.
  • Dismissive comments about someone’s skill level, background, or identity.
  • Spam, off-topic promotion, or repeated low-signal comments.
  • Sharing private information without permission.

Reporting

Report serious conduct issues privately to the maintainer using the support contact listed on the Figma Community plugin page.

Maintainers may remove comments, lock threads, block users, or decline contributions that violate this code of conduct.
