Why sponsor my work
I build and maintain open-source skill libraries that help professionals work better with AI — covering product management, engineering, legal, finance, HR, sales, design, healthcare, education, and more.

The two main projects:

pm-claude-skills — 106 Claude Skills across 22 plugin bundles. One install command gives you specialised AI workflows for 15 different professions. 279+ GitHub stars. MIT licensed.

professional-gpt-library — 10 Custom GPT system prompts for ChatGPT users who want the same professional frameworks built for OpenAI's ecosystem. MIT licensed.

I also write the Claude Skills series on Medium — currently 15 articles read by over 14,000 professionals — that documents what I build, what works, and what doesn't.
What your sponsorship funds

Maintaining and expanding two active open-source repositories takes real time. Specifically, sponsorship pays for:

New skill development — every release adds 5-10 new skills based on community requests in SKILL_REQUEST.md

Model migration work — when new models ship (like the recent Opus 4.7 release), every skill gets re-tested and updated
Documentation and articles — the Medium series is free and ad-free, written to help more professionals discover what's possible
Infrastructure — domain costs, design assets, and the occasional API testing budget

Why this matters
Most AI productivity tools are built for engineers. The skills in these libraries are designed for everyone else — the lawyer doing a contract review, the PM writing a sprint brief, the HR professional drafting a job description, the finance analyst preparing an investor update.

These professionals deserve tools that match their workflows, not generic prompts they have to constantly reformulate. That's what these libraries provide. And keeping them genuinely useful — across 15 professions, with new model releases every few months — is real ongoing work.
If these libraries save you time, sponsorship is the most direct way to keep them growing.

What every sponsor gets
Whether you sponsor at $5 or $500, every sponsor gets:

Public acknowledgment on the project README (if you want it)
A heads-up before major releases ship
The knowledge that you're directly funding work that helps thousands of professionals

Higher tiers add direct access, custom skill development, and prioritised support — see tier descriptions below.
Other ways to support
If sponsorship isn't an option, you can still help by:

⭐ Starring the repos — visibility matters more than people realise
🔁 Sharing the articles — the Medium series grows by word of mouth
🛠 Contributing skills — open a PR with a workflow you've automated
💬 Voting in SKILL_REQUEST.md — tells me what to build next

Thanks for reading this far. Whatever form your support takes, it's appreciated.
