Win11，更新到4.15.3后php无法启动。重新安装了Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022扩展，卸载所有php版本后重新安装，电脑重启过，以管理员方式启动flyenv，仍然不能启动php。请问需要怎么解决？
flyenv的许可证已激活，如非必要，实在不想卸载重装flyenv。
