This PR improves the homepage UI and enhances the overall onboarding experience for new users.

• Added a clear and beginner-friendly About section explaining the purpose of the platform
• Improved the Browse by Language section for better readability and structure
• Enhanced layout spacing and visual hierarchy for a cleaner homepage experience
• Improved overall user experience for first-time contributors

🎯 Purpose

The goal of this update is to make the landing page more welcoming and easier to understand for beginners who are exploring open-source contributions for the first time.
