This repository contains an MVP decision-support prototype for ESG-based development funding allocation. The program ingests historical investment data and project-level indicators to produce transparent allocation outputs that make tradeoffs explicit rather than optimizing a single objective.
The core workflow supports configurable weighting across environmental and social priorities and evaluates how allocation outcomes shift under different constraint settings (e.g., efficiency, climate impact, and equity). The implementation prioritizes interpretability and auditability so that scoring logic, assumptions, and sensitivity behavior are visible to the user.
This prototype was developed during work with the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) as a small working model to support discussion of how ESG signals are incorporated or diluted when capital allocation faces institutional constraints.
