* Added comments to the config xml files to directly link to wiki entries
* Halo1_CheApe: Sync'd the general Readme info

* Halo1_CheApe/CE: Updated the settings template to the current setup.

* Halo1_Installer: Moved some variables out into defines.
* Halo1_Installer: Added the license file to the OSIDE installation.
* Halo1_Installer: Changed the upgrade type to major as that seems to be the simplest option.
