There are still some Paper or Spigot thing left in code related to report. I think I've rebranded the leftovers.

This is my first contribution ever made to Purpur(or any other Paper fork), so there might be slight issue with this PR. If then, tell me how to fix it. I will gladly follow.
I've only done with 'reports'. So there must be more-to-do leftovers about rebranding.
