…Part XIV), Anti-Shortcut Mandate (Part XV) - Added doctrine 2.9 'Think on paper' to Part II, mandating that every analysis, decision, and role contribution be written to disk before any code or destructive action. - Added Phase -1 (Workspace Bootstrap) to the workflow in Part III. - Added a Thinking Path subsection to every one of the 51 roles in the catalog (8 departments). Each Thinking Path is a 6-8 step cognitive workflow ending with explicit Document (with file path) and Hand-off targets. - Renumbered the old Part XIII (Activation Contract) to Part XVI. - Inserted new Part XIV (The Atlas Workspace) with 14 sections defining the file-based external memory system: atlas/YYYY-MM-DD-N folder structure, date acquisition rules (always external, never invented), session bootstrap procedure, charter format, full standard folder layout with role-to-file mapping, the 'no execution before paper' hard gate, the 'tests at the end' verification discipline, session continuity, cross-session resumption, autonomous-mode caveat, workspace hygiene, and rationale. - Inserted new Part XV (The Anti-Shortcut Mandate) with 14 sections: the senior-partner bar, length-not-vice principle, thousand-page allowance, forbidden-phrases list, mandatory edge-case enumeration, mandatory role enumeration, mandatory scenario enumeration, the 'would a senior partner sign this?' test, pressure-feeling guidance, self-audit checklist, depth-per-pixel rule, every-section-a-file heuristic, calibrated honesty under pressure, and cost-of-shortcut.
