docs: update Chinese translation (README.zh.md)

Description

This PR updates the Chinese translation (README.zh.md) to synchronize with the recent feature additions in the English README.md.

Changes Made:

• Agents & Tools Integration: Added translation for the new Skills and Subagents features.
• Configuration & Deployment: Added translation for the new S3 with CloudFront deployment/configuration option.
• Maintenance: Updated the sync date comment to reflect the current update.

Keep the sync marker tied to actual parity

This update marks the Chinese README as synced with the June 13 README, but the current English README still has content that is absent here: the Skills/Subagents bullets under Agents and the S3 with CloudFront deployment bullet. I compared README.md lines 77-78 and 142 against README.zh.md lines 73-80 and 140-142; the marker now makes the translation appear current while those feature additions remain untranslated, which can cause future translation checks or maintainers to skip the missing content.
