Hi, I'm Michael

Backend engineer focused on building tools that get out of your way. I spend most of my time writing Go, automating things that shouldn't require manual effort, and trying to keep infrastructure boring.

Tech Stack

  • Go — primary language, most projects live here
  • Python — scripting, quick data work
  • Shell — glue, automation, the usual
  • Docker / Linux — daily environment

What I'm Working On

Mostly CLI tools and small infrastructure utilities. If it speeds up a workflow or removes a step from a runbook, I'm probably interested in it.
